Check-in & check-out
Check-in opens at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Early arrivals can leave bags with our desk. Late check-out may be available on request, and is offered when possible for direct bookings.
- Photo ID and a payment card are required at check-in.
- Guests must be 18 or older to book a room.
- Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival are free of charge.
Parking
Covered parking is available on site for hotel guests, with valet service at the main entrance. Current nightly rates are listed at the desk and on your confirmation.
Responsible gaming
Gaming at Velvet Quay Stay is for guests aged 21 and over, and is meant to be entertainment, not a way to make money. We ask every guest to play with care.
- Decide your budget and your time limit before you play.
- Never gamble with money needed for bills, rent or food.
- Take regular breaks, and step away if play stops being fun.
- Any host can arrange a self-exclusion or a cooling-off period, discreetly and without judgment.

Privacy
We collect only the details needed to manage your booking, keep the property secure and meet our legal duties. We do not sell personal information. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Terms
By booking or visiting, you agree to follow house rules, local law and the reasonable instructions of our staff. We may refuse service or entry to anyone who puts the safety or comfort of others at risk. Rates and offers may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
